Pulpers and refiners for fruit processing

The use of pulpers and refiners, suitably adapted for fruit processing, allows to perform the extraction with ability and competence. Regardless of the chosen model, all FBR ELPO’s systems guarantee an excellent extraction result, both in terms of efficiency and product quality.
All the versions can be equipped with sieves of different holes and with an automatic and programmable rotor washing system. The existing models are able to satisfy every working capacity requirements.

“VORTEX”  juice extractor

Ideal for the extraction of fruit and vegetable juice in general, it features a truncated conical rotor
whose particular shape ensures high performance in terms of juice extraction and easy cleaning.

By moving the rotor on its axis of rotation, it is possible to adjust the distance from the sieve easily and safely.

The machine is equipped with an effective automatic washing system, which ensures easy cleaning even during production.
It is advisable to install an inverter on the refiner motor.
Bodies in two sizes are available, to be combined according to the capacities.
The production capacities depend on the type of fruit and the type of final product to be obtained.

“JUMBO VORTEX”  juice extractor

Tanks to the variable geometry of the rotor which ensures great versatility of use and the strength of its structure, this pulper is used with excellent results in the cold extraction of the fruit pulp.
The system also includes the installation of a forced product feeding screw.

The cylindrical stainless steel rotor consists of five pieces, with fixed blades having a coating of special material, oriented differently than the rotation axis.

The distance between the rotor and the sieve is reduced to minimum; the sieve is made of stainless steel, as well as the related reinforcement rings.
The machine, complete with an automatic washing system with centrifugal pump, is equipped with a motor controlled by inverter.
The production capacities depend on the type of fruit and the type of final product to be obtained.
